Welcome to Court Services

Grantville Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court.  The bench consists of one part-time judge and one judge pro-tempore who serves in the absence of the judge.  The jurisdiction of the municipal court includes general misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic violation, and other municipal local ordinances.  

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide efficient, fair resolution of all matters brought before the court and to ensure that our court users are afforded a ready access to the court.  We will continue emphasize public awareness and education, while continuing to develop procedures so that the court can continue to provide the highest level of customer service.
