City Council

Meetings 

Regular Meetings of the Grantville City Council are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. 

Meetings are conducted in the Council Chambers at the Glanton Municipal Complex, 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, GA

Committee Meetings, Special Called Meetings and Council Work Sessions are scheduled as needed and notice is given at that time.

About the City Council

The City of Grantville is governed by a Mayor and City Council who are elected at large. The Mayor and City Council, acting together, are the governing body. All governing body members serve four-year terms. The governing body, being the elected representative of the people, adopts all ordinances and resolutions and determines the general goals and policies.
