Public Hearing for the Rezoning of 41 Industrial Way

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Grantville will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Grantville Municipal Complex, 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, Georgia.  The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment regarding a recommendation of the Planning Commission concerning the following map amendment to the City of Grantville Zoning Ordinance:  Rezone the property located at 41 Industrial Way in the City of Grantville and further identified as parcel number G03 0001 034 from its current zoning of (GI) General Industrial to (MUD) Mixed Use Development.  A copy of the rezoning application and the Planning Commission recommendation will be on file for public review in the office of the City Clerk.
