Mayoral Proclamation in Memoriam of Selma Coty

Discussion on Alcohol License Application by Maria Rocio Arevalo for the issuance of a license for retail sales on premises consumption of malt beverages, wine, and distilled spirits at Maya Taqueria, 24 Main Street. The application will be considered for approval by the Mayor and Council at its regular meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 23, 2026.

Discussion on Resolution No. 2026-01 to Adopt the Utility Policy & Procedure Manual, Utility Financial Policy, and Utility Organizational Operations

Discussion on Personnel Policy to Adopt the update to define Holiday Pay Eligibility

Discussion on Lease Contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for Equipment and Training on Qty: Eleven (11) Taser 10 Certification Standard Plan. Initial cost of $24,000 will be paid from SPLOST 25-30 Public Safety. The ongoing annual maintenance fee of $10,500 will be budgeted in the General Fund for the next four years. Total Cost of the 60-month lease is $66,453.40.

Discussion on the First Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-04 to Adopt Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to add a Mixed-Use Development Zoning (MUD) in Section 3.3, Section 4.1, Section 4.1-14, and Table 5.3 as shown on the Mixed-Use Development (MUD) text amendment exhibit.
