Discussion on the 2026-2046 Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the public hearing is to brief the community on the purpose of the plan, the update process, and opportunities for public participation. The plan update will also allow the City of Grantville to maintain its Qualified Local Government (QLG) status, and therefore be eligible for state grand funds, loans, and permits. (The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, February 23,2026, at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter)

Discussion on second Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-01 to Rezone Parcel ID: G08 2246 007- Clarence McCambry Rd. The applicant is requesting to Rezone approximately 3.52 Acres from General Commercial (GC) to General Industrial (GI) (The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, February 23,2026, at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter)
