Discussion on Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-17 to Amend Zoning Ordinance Art. 5, Sec. 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, Table 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, to add Data Centers as Permitted Use in General Commercial (GC), Light Manufacturing (LM), and General Industrial (GI) Zoning Districts.  The Public Hearing will be held Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter.

Discussion on Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-18 to Rezone 5710 Hwy 29, Grantville, from Rural Development (RD) to General Commercial (GC).  The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter.

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-19 Announcing the retirement of the City Manager Al Grieshaber and Implementing a Succession Plan.           

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-20 of Roberta Higgins, City Clerk as City Manager upon the Retirement of the City Manager and Authorizing the Mayor to Sign the Employment Agreement.

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-21 of Bettyann Rooks, Assistant City Clerk to the position of City Clerk

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-18 Declaring Certain City Property Surplus

Announcements: The Senior Center will close on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 for seniors and staff to attend the Coweta County Senior Christmas Luncheon.

Announcements:

The Senior Center will close the week of Christmas December 22-26, 2025. Seniors will be provided frozen and shelf stable meals for the days of closure.

City operations will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, December 24-25, 2025 for the Christmas Holidays.

City Hall will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026 for the New Year’s Holiday.
