Discussion on First Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-01 to Rezone Parcels G08 2246 007-008-009 Clarence McCambry Rd (14.04 Ac).  The applicant is requesting Rezoning of approximately 3.91 Acres from General Commercial (GC) to General Industrial (GI) and Rezoning of approximately 9.04 Acres from RD Rural Development to General Industrial (GI)
