Discussion on First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-17 to Amend Zoning Ordinance Art. 5, Sec. 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, Table 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, to add Data Centers as a Permitted Use in General Commercial (GC), Light Manufacturing (LM), and General Industrial (GI) Zoning Districts

 

Discussion on First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-18 to Rezone 5710 Hwy 29, Grantville, from Rural Development (RD) to General Commercial (GC)

 

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-16 to Amend Resolution No. 2023-08 adopted April 24, 2023 City of Grantville, Georgia Personnel Policy Handbook

 

Discussion on Resolution No. 2025-17 to Approve and Adopt the Agreement with the Georgia Department of Economic Development on behalf of the Georgia Council for the Arts and the City of Grantville and Authorizing Matching Monies

 

Discussion on a Resolution to Adopt one-time emergency procedure for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025-2026

 

Discussion on Appointment of Jennifer Walker to the Beautification Board and the Culture and Events Committee

 

Announcements:  The Senior Center will close on Friday, November 14, 2025 for a trip to Buckner’s Family Restaurant for seniors and staff.

 

The Senior Center will close on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 for seniors and staff to attend the Coweta County Senior Christmas Luncheon.

 

The Senior Center will close the week of Christmas December 22-26, 2025. Seniors will be provided frozen and shelf stable meals for the days of closure.

 

Upcoming City Hall Holiday Closures:

Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in observance of Veteran’s Day.

Thursday, November 27, 2025 for Thanksgiving Holiday.

Wednesday and Thursday, December 24-25, 2025 for the Christmas Holidays.

Thursday, January 1, 2026 for the New Year’s Holiday.
