Discussion on Alcohol License Application by BMCII, LLC/Members, Margaret McDonald and Charles McDonald, for the issuance of a license for the retail package sale and on premises consumption of malt beverages and wine at 11B Church Street, Grantville, Georgia.  A Public Hearing on this application was held on April 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, Georgia.  This application will be considered by the Mayor and Council of the City of Grantville at its Special Called Regular Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Discussion on Alcohol License Application by J&T Hospitalities, Inc., d/b/a HJ Wings & Things Grantville, by its President, Keith Taylor, and Secretary/Treasurer, Lisa Taylor, for the issuance of a license for the retail sale and on premises consumption of malt beverages and wine at 13 Church Street, Grantville, Georgia.  A Public Hearing on this application was held on April 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.  This application will be considered by the Mayor and Council of the City of Grantville at its Special Called Regular Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Discussion on MEAG Power Sale of Excess Power to City of Grantville on Behalf of the City of Griffin

Discussion on the Application for Rezoning by Cornerstone Rentals, LLC to Rezone Tax Parcel G03 0001 037 known as 45 Grady Smith Street from Single Family Residential (R-20) to Multi-Family Residential R-6.  (The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the application at a Special Called Meeting to be held at 6 p.m. on May 13, 2025)

Discussion on Adoption of the Revised Calendar of City Council Meetings for 2025
