Call to Order

PUBLIC HEARING:  To receive public comment regarding a recommendation of the Planning Commission concerning a zoning ordinance text amendment to Article 5.3, Table 5.3-Permitted Use Schedule to add Tattoo Shop as an allowed use with Special Use Permit in the Commercial Residential (CR) zoning district.    A copy of the Planning Commission recommendation is on file for public review in the office of the City Clerk.  (Monday, September 23, at 6:30 p.m.)

PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comment regarding a recommendation of the Planning Commission concerning the application for a Special Use Permit by Ali Zeqiri for a tattoo shop to be located at 1 Main Street, Grantville, Georgia.  The parcel is zoned Commercial Residential (CR).  A copy of the Special Use application and the Planning Commission recommendation is on file for public review in the office of the City Clerk. (Monday, September 23, at 6:30 p.m.)
