Public Hearing to receive public comments on Ordinance No. 2025-17 to Amend Zoning Ordinance Art. 5, Sec. 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, Table 5.3 Permitted Use Schedule, to add Data Centers as Permitted Use in General Commercial (GC), Light Manufacturing (LM), and General Industrial (GI) Zoning Districts.

Public Hearing to receive public comments on Ordinance No. 2025-18 to Rezone 5710 Hwy 29, Grantville, from Rural Development (RD) to General Commercial (GC).

Announcements:

The Senior Center will close the week of Christmas December 22-26, 2025. Seniors will be provided frozen and shelf stable meals for the days of closure.

City Hall will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, December 24-25, 2025 for the Christmas Holidays.

City Hall will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026 for the New Year’s Holiday.
