PUBLIC HEARING and Decision on the Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-05 to Rezone Tax ParcelID# G060 0001 012, 5660 US Hwy 29S, Tract B, Grantville GA 30220 from RD Rural Development to GC General Commercial.

Decision on Approval for Mayor to sign adopting the Coweta County Local Emergency Operation Plan 2026. A complete copy is on file and available at City Hall.

Discussion on First Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-06 Grantville Yarn Mill to Rezone Tax Parcel ID# G05 0008 008 and G03 0001 0034 from General Industrial (GI) to Mixed Used Development (MUD). (The Public Hearing will take place on Monday, August 24,2026 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter)

Discussion on Resolution No. 2026-08 to Adopt the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget and Discussion on Resolution No. 2026-09 to set the 2026 Annual Millage Rate for Assessment of Property Taxes:

Public Hearings on the proposed Grantville Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget and Proposed Millage Rate will take place at the Glanton Municipal Complex, 123 Lagrange Street, Grantville, Georgia on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; Monday, August 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.; and at a Meeting of the City Council to be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter at which time the 2026 Property Tax Millage Rate will be adopted.
