Discussion/Decision to Authorize the Mayor to Enroll the Grantville Mill property located at 41 Industrial Way in the Georgia Brownfields Program
Discussion/Decision to Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with regard to the Commercial Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Grantville and Capital City Bank of the former Grantville Mill property located at 41 Industrial Way, Grantville, Georgia 30220 herein described at as: All those tracts tract or parcels of land lying and being in land lot 244 of the 2nd District of Coweta County, Georgia, being Tract A 12.9389 acres Tract B 0.103 acres and Tract C 0.5448 acres, being a total of 13.59 acres as per plat recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 155, Records of Coweta County, Georgia, which plat is by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
