Final Plat for Minor Subdivision for parcel G06 0002 015 (7.39Acres)

An application for a minor subdivision of the parcel G06 0002 015 (9 Holtzclaw Rd), was submitted by the property owner. The property is zoned in the (R-20) Single Family Residential Zoning District. The minor subdivision will create 4 parcels. The parcels created by the minor subdivision conform to minimum lot size and setback requirements for the zoning district.
