CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING

 PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Grantville will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Glanton Municipal Complex, 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, GA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on the adoption of an ordinance to make the following text and map amendments to the City of Grantville Zoning Ordinance: Amend Article 4-Zoning Districts and Boundaries and Article 5 Zoning District Standards and Permitted Uses so as to create a Historic Mill Village (HMV) zoning district in the City of Grantville and to provide certain standards and permitted uses within the zoning district, as well as the boundaries for the district. The properties affected by these proposed revisions are currently zoned R-20 Single Family Residential. A copy of the proposed ordi- nance is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
