PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Grantville will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Grantville Municipal Complex.  The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment regarding a recommendation of the Planning Commission concerning the application for a Special Use Permit by Grantville Partners, LLLP for a retail liquor store to be located at the southeast corner of Interstate 85 and US Highway 29 in the City of Grantville and further identified as parcel number G09 0002 003.  The parcel is zoned General Commercial (GC).  A copy of the Special Use application and the Planning Commission recommendation will be on file for public review in the office of the City Clerk.
