PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

City of Grantville

Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Update – Minor Amendment

The City of Grantville will hold a Public Hearing related to a minor amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map update.  The purpose of this hearing is to brief the public on proposed updates, provide an opportunity for residents to comment on the updates and notify the residents when the updates will be submitted to the Regional Commission and Department of Community Affairs for review.  The Public Hearing will be held on January 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter in the City Council Chambers located at Glanton Municipal Complex (City Hall), 123 Lagrange Street, Grantville, Georgia 30220.

Comments will be received at the above Public Hearing or may be submitted in writing prior to January 11, 2021 to Al Grieshaber Jr., City Manager, at agrieshaber@grantvillega.org.

 All residents are invited to attend the Public Hearing.  Individuals with special needs relating to disability access or foreign language should contact Al Grieshaber Jr., City Manager, at (770)583-2289 prior to the Public Hearing for necessary accommodations.  Interpreters will be present for individuals with hearing disabilities.
