Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial hearing will be conducted by the Grantville Historic Preservation Commission on Tuesday July 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Grantville City Hall located at 123 LaGrange Street, Grantville, GA. to hear and act upon a request to an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
Petitioner is requesting a determination of appropriateness to demolish the roof structure of the building identified as Mill #2.  The roof of Mill#2 is sagging with structural timbers separating at several locations causing a safety concern and work stoppage with respect to the environmental restoration.  The wall opening will be closed with a constructed security gate.

All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing.
