The City of Grantville has partnered with NexBillPay to extend an additional payment
option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay
their citations. NexBillPay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you
to pay your citation online. NOTE: If you have been received with more than one
citation you must contact the City of Grantville prior to paying online.

Note: Pre-court payments are deemed a waiver of court hearing and entry of a
guilty plea.

• Payments can be made 24/7/365. Pre-Court Payments: If you are paying a
  citation online, citations must be paid by 4:00 pm prior to scheduled court
  appearance. Court dates will be located near the bottom of the citation.

• You must contact the City of Grantville at (770) 583-2289, ext 206 if you are
  attempting to pay for your citation on your scheduled court date.

• You will need your "Citation Number" from your ticket located in "RED" on the
  upper right hand corner.

• You may request your citation number by calling the Municipal Court office
  (770) 583-2289, ext 206

• NexBillPay charges a small service fee for each transaction

An officer may also make your charge a mandatory court appearance. If the officer does
this he or she will check the mandatory appearance box on your citation. If you are
unsure if your charge is a mandatory court appearance; please call the Municipal court,

SPEEDING IN GEORGIA WILL COST YOU.

The new law tacks on additional $200.00 state fines for any driver convicted at:

• 75 MPH or more on any two lane road or 85 MPH or more anywhere in Georgia.
• Failure to pay the Super Speeder fine results in additional $50.00 fine and the

What is the Service Fee?
NexBillPay charges a service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing payment.
Does City of Grantville keep any part of the service fee?  
City of Grantville will NEVER keep any part of the NexBillPay service fee. NexBillPay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of City of Grantville .
How do I get a payment receipt?
After your payment is approved, NexBillPay will email your payment receipt to the email address you provided during the payment process. You can also print your receipt after the transaction is complete.
